POLICE have thwarted a suspected Class A drugs deal after they arrested a 38-year-old man in Bracknell on Friday afternoon.
Officers from Thames Valley Police (TVP) attended the incident in Bagshot Road at around 2.45pm, where they arrested an unnamed suspect.
Hannah Jones, spokeswoman for TVP, said: "Officers on the underpass close to Bracknell Leisure Centre noticed a suspected drugs deal taking place yesterday afternoon at around 2.45pm.
"A 38-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A and was bailed until 27 April."
