THE man responsible for a fatal collision near Jealott's Hill in Warfield last month has been jailed for 56 months after admitting to causing death by dangerous driving.
Kenneth Martin, 35, admitted to causing the death of popular 60-year-old Jan Leahy after his black Vauxhall Astra veered onto the wrong side of the A3095 and collided with her Ford car head on the evening of July 6.
He appeared at Reading Crown Court yesterday (Monday) and also admitted driving while over the alcohol limit.
