LITTLE Chelsey Brookman was very moved when she saw television footage of people donating their hair so that child cancer victims could have wigs during treatment.

Chelsey, aged three, shouted: "I want to do that," says her proud dad, Rob.
The hair-raising experience took place at her home in Bracknell on Tuesday.

Rob, husband of Donna, said: "It was her first real haircut, and her blonde hair was down to her posterior. We are very proud of her.

"We decided to do it after watching ITV and thought it was an amazing thing to do.

"Chelsey said she wanted her hair to go a poor girl."

The big snip was carried out by Shelley-Ann Johnson, senior hair stylist at Gemini hair studios, Fleet.

Chelsey has three brothers - Kian, 12; Dylan, nine, and Connor, aged 12 months.

The Little Princess Trust is based at Sheridan House, Western Road, Hove.
One recent high-profile hair donor was Harry Styles of boy band One Direction.
