A CONSUMER healthcare group that recently launched its brand in 1,300 stores across China received a visit by Bracknell’s MP to mark the occasion.
Dr Phillip Lee was introduced to the management team and staff at Venture Life when he toured their offices.
Venture Life was started five years ago and is listed on the London Stock Exchange market for smaller and growing companies, the AIM, and acquired a manufacturing factory in Italy.
Dr Lee said: “Venture Life is operating in a very important market. Populations in the developed world are ageing rapidly and this move into China represents a major step into developing countries.
“It was clear during my visit that this company has a highly talented and motivated team, which I am sure will continue to expand and bring further employment to Bracknell in the coming years.”
The deal in China will see luxury skincare brand Lubatti sold by Gialen, one of China’s foremost cosmetics retailers.
CEO Jerry Randall said: “I’m grateful for the time Phillip spent here today and the opportunity to show him our business.
“This is a landmark deal for Venture Life that represents an important milestone for our company.
“We are confident that this long-term agreement with Gialen will lead to more job opportunities and investment within the Bracknell area.”
