POLICE have repeated their call for witnesses to an assault in Bracknell where a 48-year-old woman was punched in the face.
The woman was waiting for a bus at the town's main bus station on Tuesday when a man in his early thirties approached her at around 9.30am.
They got into an argument and the man punched her, causing bruising.
The offender is a white man, in his early 30s, short and slim with short black hair.
He was wearing a dark blue T-shirt and blue trousers and was carrying a black and grey backpack.
PC James Greehy, from Bracknell police station, said: “This assault happened in a busy bus station and I hope that there are people who witnessed it and can help assist us in our enquires”
