Police incident closes town centre road
THE Ring in Bracknell has reopened after police were called to deal with a fear for welfare earlier this morning.
A man who had been causing concern in Princess Square car park is now safe after police were called to the scene at around 10.19am.
They closed off The Ring and police cars and ambulances attended the scene.
The road had reopened by around 11.20am.
