Officers want to the speak the two men pictured after a pair entered the Ladbrokes in Brockenhurst Road at around 6.30pm yesterday and threatened staff with a crow bar as they demanded money.
A member of staff who was sat at the counter handed over cash to the robbers, one of whom was wearing yellow gloves and carrying the crow bar, before they left.
The victim was not injured during the robbery.
