The meeting offers the chance for residents to grill officials about the trial of flight paths that have caused a massive increase in the noise pollution caused by low-flying aircraft.
Angry residents say they were not consulted about the trial and that the 'intolerable' noise is destroying their quality of life.
Cllr David Hilton has taken on the responsibility for organising the meeting and said: "It’s hard to say how many people will turn up, however there have been more complaints on this issue than any other issue raised.
"This whole trial has been more a trial of local people's patience and resistance to noise."
The meeting is open to everyone and will take place at the Pavilion in Ascot Racecourse on Monday, October 13.
Doors open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start, it is expected to finish at approximately 9.00pm.
