The collision involved a four-door green or blue MG and a silver Vauxhall Zafira at the junction between Kings Ride and Swinley Road.
Firefighters from Bracknell and Camberley were called to the scene at 9.10am where they had to cut away the roof and the doors to allow the man to be lifted out on a spinal board.
They were then taken to Frimley Park Hospital with possible neck injuries.
Police attended the scene where they managed traffic before closing Kings Ride, opening it just after 9.30am after the MG was recovered.
The female driver of the Vauxhall Zafira suffered no injuries.
