It will see Whitmore Bog in the forest turned into a festive experience for a month in winter for the next three years, subject to several conditions.
The plan saw 330 objections, with residents concerned about traffic disruption and the impact on the environment and their daily lives.
Nearly all members of the planning committee at Bracknell Forest Council voted in favour of the plan, despite strong opposition from the Royal Borough Council.
The event, organised by LaplandUK, will run from November 30 to December 24 this year, and between November 24 and December 24 in 2014 and 2015.
Mike Battle, co-founder of LaplandUK said: "We are very excited to be bringing the magic of Father Christmas to children and their families in such an enchanting setting."
Mr Battle founded the event with his wife Alison Battle in 2007 in Kent, with the experience aiming to employ 250 people and £3.5 million to the local economy.
