THE once-favoured watering hole of members of The Beatles faces losing thousands pounds after it was slapped with a noise abatement notice.

Reduced revenue: Denise West and Jack Hunter, landlords of The Nags Head, which is the subject of a noise abatement order that will prevent them staging live rock bands.

Landlords of The Nag's Head, in Sunningdale High Street, say they could £25,000 a year income, but neighbours say they have reached breaking point over the noise levels from inside the pub.

The notice was served on Tuesday, January 15, following complaints of excessive noise.

Do you think the notice should have been served or that it will damage an already-struggling industry?
