Road closed after lamp post crash

POLICE have closed Sunninghill Road in Ascot after a car crashed into a lamp post.
The crash happened at 2.55pm today near to the 'peanut roundabout' and the lamp post is hanging across the road.
The black Renault Megane involved in the collision went into a ditch at the side of the road but the female driver was unhurt.
The road remains closed while police deal with the overhanging lamp post.
