HAL ROBSON-KANU has won his appeal against Bracknell Forest Council after a land-grabbing dispute.
Mr Robson-Kanu, who purchased the house in 2012 while playing for Reading FC, was accused of land-grabbing by erecting a fence around the garden of his home.
The Welsh international, who was in the process of selling his home when the original meeting took place on September 12, claimed he was unaware that the area in his garden was green belt land.
The striker left Reading in 2016 to join West Bromwich Albion, and therefore took the decision to put the £1.4m home on the market.
Bracknell Forest Council rejected his request for them to pay his fees.
