A GOLD nugget and pendant are amongst the items of jewellery stolen in a burglary mid way through June. 

On June 10 the owner of a property in Cavendish Meads in Ascot went out for the evening. 

They returned the next day to discover a broken back window and two iPads, credit cards, jewellery and cash missing.

The stolen jewellery included a gold nugget, one troy ounce and approximately 1.2” x 0.7” in size, a cartouche pendant with Egyptian symbols, a millennium ingot engraved with the serial number 1743 and a gold chain.

The details of the offender or offenders is unknown at this stage.

Investigating officer, Police Constable Peter Dorling from Maidenhead Police Station, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or can provide further information.

“The jewellery stolen is very distinctive due to the unusual designs. I hope the photos will help to jog the memories of anybody that may have information about these stolen items.”
