WE all love to have a 'claim to fame' especially if a celebrity is filming in our town.
From Disney's new Cruella film to TV dramas and award-winning films, Bracknell town is a popular location used for filming on the big screens.

So the News has looked back on a few films and TV series which have been filmed in Bracknell in the past year.
1) Unforgotten
Bracknell's Town Square hosted as a filming location for the ITV drama Unforgotten back in February this year.
Unforgotten follows the journey of DCI Cassie Stuart and DI Sunny Khan as they discover a dismembered body in a scrap metal yard, which the team believe has been stored in a domestic freezer for thirty years.

Chris Lang, writer of the series, said: “I am so excited to be bringing back the Unforgotten team for a fourth series, as Cassie and Sunny take on perhaps their most challenging case to date.
"Once again, we have assembled an astonishing cast, and I cannot wait to see how the very finest actors of their generation, start bringing my characters to life.”
2) Cruella
Camera crews were reportedly spotted outside the old council building, Easthampstead House in November 2019 filming for Disney's new Cruella movie.
One person who works inside the building said: "I work in the building. Disney are filming the live action Cruella film in the reception for the next month."

3) Semi-detached
Bristol Television & Film Services crews were seeing parked up in Waitrose's car park in October, 2019.
A nearby house in Fraser Mead, Sandhurst was being used as a film set for the show Semi-Detached, starring Lee Mack.

Six episodes were being filmed and each will follow his hectic life, dealing with his chaotic family and living across the cul-de-sac from his ex-wife.
4) Fighting with My Family - 2017
Stephen Merchant comedy-drama Fighting with My Family follows a former wrestler as he makes a living performing at small venues across the country.

Starring, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Lena Hadley and Vince Vaughn, film crews shot footage by St Paul's Church in The Square in Harmans Water in 2017.
5) Broadchurch - 2014
Popular crime drama Broadchurch took advantage of Bracknell Forest to shoot footage for the show’s second series in 2014.
Fan favourites David Tennant and Olivia Coleman were reportedly spotted when crews took to Jennett’s Park and the John Nike leisure complex.
