THE motorcyclist who died in a collision in Bracknell on Saturday has been named as Shaun Holmes.
Mr Holmes, 42, who lived in Bracknell, died after losing control of his motorcycle and colliding with a lamppost on the A3095 Mill Lane at around 5.10pm.
Members of the public and paramedics, including the air ambulance which landed nearby, rushed to Mr Holmes' aid, but he sadly passed away from his injuries at the scene.
Senior investigating officer Detective Sergeant Tony Jenkins, of the Serious Collisions Investigations Unit based at Three Mile Cross, said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have dash-cam footage to contact 101, quoting reference number 43180254012.”
