PREMYSLAW KRELSKI, 33, of Pineridge Park, Wokingham, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Slough magistrates’ Court on April 30. He was fined £150.

GARETH STEPHEN TULLY, 34, of Bayley Court, Wokingham, admitted assaulting a woman in Winnersh on July 4. He was ordered to undertake a rehabilitation requirement for up to 30 days, pay a surcharge of £85, and costs of £85.

HERBIE MEDINA, 25, of Little Strand, Barnet, was committed to prison for four weeks for possessing cocaine in Bracknell on July 23. He was also ordered to pay a surcharge of £115. An order was also made for the forfeiture and destruction of the drugs.

JAMES CLINTON, 19, of Hillberry, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance in Wokingham on February 16. He was fined £25; ordered to pay a surcharge of £30; and had his licence endorsed with six points.

OVIDIU IONUT SEITAN, 31, of Eversley Road, Arborfield, pleaded guilty to driving while over the alcohol limit in Reading on July 8. He was fined £200; ordered to pay a surcharge of £30; and costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.

MARLON JEFFREY-HINDS, 34, of Ashville Way, Wokingham, pleaded guilty to one charge of possessing a class A drug - cocaine in Reading on November 22; one charge of possessing a class B drug - cannabis in Reading on November 22, and one charge of assaulting a detention officer at Loddon Valley police station on November 22. He was fined a total of £300; ordered to pay £100 compensation; a surcharge of £85; and costs of £85. He was also ordered to undertake a rehabilitation requirement for up to 15 days, and an unpaid work requirement for 80 hours over the next 12 months.

TRISTAN LEE WOODS, 33, of Lalande Close, Wokingham, denied assault by beating in Wokingham and was convicted after trial. He received a community order and will be required to complete a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for 20 days. He must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He was ordered to pay costs of £650 and a surcharge of £85.

JAMIE LITTLE, 39, of Planner Walk, Wokingham, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Reading Magistrates’ Court. He was committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months for offences of criminal damage and possession of cannabis. The sentence was activated and he will now serve four weeks in prison.
