THE owner of a Wokingham hair and beauty salon has scooped a prestigious national award.
Simone Thomas, who owns the eponymous salon in Denmark Street, took the trophy for Best Hair Supplement for her Simone Thomas Wellness Feeling Fine Ginkgo Plan for fine or thinning hair at the recent HAIR Magazine Awards 2018.
Simone, who only launched her range of Wellness supplements in 2017, said she is 'over the moon' with her award win.
She said: "Simone Thomas Wellness has only been on the market for just over six months, so I am absolutely over the moon to win this award. We’ve had incredible feedback from customers, who have commented on everything from new hair growth and stronger hair to clearer skin and renewed energy.
"This accolade will help us reach more consumers who are looking for an effective and affordable way to tackle some of the most common hair loss and hair thinning complaints."
