A MAN was dragged into woodlands and assaulted by members of a motorcycle gang. 

At 7.30pm on Tuesday June 26 at the Pinewood Bar and Cafe on Old Wokingham Road, a man believed to be in his forties was assaulted in the car park.

He was then dragged into nearby woodland by a group of men.

The victim is yet to be identified.  

Investigating officer, Sergeant Jonathan Hare based at Loddon Valley police station, said: “We are concerned for the welfare of the victim and I would encourage them to come forward. Our investigation has included searches in nearby woodland, reviewing CCTV and conducting house to house enquiries.

“I am also appealing for witnesses with information about this incident to contact Thames Valley Police on 101, quoting reference ‘URN 1653 of 26 June’.
