THE FOLLOWING cases were heard at Reading Magistrates Court. 

GIFT MULUWE CHIPANZAWE, 49, of Poplar Close, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving a Toyota Corolla on London Road on January 20, 2018. He was ordered to work unpaid for 60 hours, pay a victim surcharge of £85, and £85 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 36 months.

DAVID HAYNES, 24, of Ranelagh Drift Road, Winkfield, admitted assault by beating a woman on May 27, 2017 at Slough. He was ordered to work unpaid for 120 hours, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs. He also admitted causing damage valued at £5,444.02 to a vehicle on May 28, 2017. He was ordered to work unpaid for 120 hours,and pay £1,000 compensation.

RACHEL WALKER, 32, of Fernbank Place, Ascot, admitted exceeding the 30mph speed limit on Locks Ride, Winkfield on July 26, 2017. She was fined £480, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £48 and £85 costs. Four points were added to her licence.

SHANE ANTHONY KING, 24, of Mitre Place, Bracknell, admitted using a Fiat 500 without third party insurance on November, 8, 2017 on Deepfield Road, Bracknell. He was fined £40. He also admitted on the same day drug driving with a proportion of cannabis in his blood. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim  surcharge of £30 and £85 costs and is disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ANTHONY ROGERS, 37, of Brownrigg Crescent, Bracknell, admitted possessing heroin, a Class A controlled drug on September, 9, 2017. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs.

JON McMILLAN, 44, of Abbotsbury, Bracknell, was convicted of assault by beating a man on October 6, 2017, in Bracknell. He was fined £525, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £52 and £775 costs.

TINOTENDA RALF ZIMBGWA, 24, of no fixed address, admitted criminal damage to property, a television, valued under £5,000 on October 1, 2017, in Bracknell. A restraining order was made. He was fined £161, pay £200 compensation, ordered to pay victim services £30 and £85 costs.
