A MAN was left with injuries after he got into a fight with a woman on Christmas Eve.
Thames Valley Police were called to the Old Manor Pub Grenville Place, Bracknell, at around 11pm on December 24.
Officers heard reports of a brawl which had sparked inside the pub.
When they arrived, it turned out that a man and a woman had become embroiled in a punch-up and the man had suffered injuries as a result of the attack.
Officers investigating the fight have appealed for information and witnesses should contact the police force on 101.
A post on the force’s Twitter page reads: “Incident has happened at around 23:00 hours Sunday 24th December 2017, to the rear of the Manor Public House in Bracknell, between a male and female, resulting in injuries to the male.
“Unknown if anyone has witnessed this incident, however the location was very busy.”
Eddie Gershon, from Wetherspoons, said: “The pub manager is aware of a customer calling the Police around 3-4 hours after his girlfriend scratched his face, although this was not reported to staff at the time.
"The pub manager is unaware of anything else taking place that evening.”
