IAN BYE, 27, of Eddington Road, Bracknell, admitted breaching a community order by failing without reasonable excuse to attend an unpaid work requirement on October, 17 and October 24, 2017. The order is to continue. He was fined £150 and £60 costs.

SHANE JOHN RICHARDSON, 34, of Jubilee Court, Bracknell, admitted being in possession of 38 tablets of etizolam a controlled class C drug at Loddon Valley Police Station on September 30, 2017. There was no separate penalty for this offence. He admitted entering as a trespasser Amen Corner Music and stole £300.20 on September 29, 2017. He must carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months and pay £300 compensation. He also admitted assaulting a man by beating him on September 29, 2017. He must carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months and pay £75 compensation.

DANIEL ATKINS, 34, of Broadmoor Hospital, Crowthorne, admitted assault by beating a man. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation.

MARIUSZ GLOWACKI, 35, of Salvation Army Hall, Wokingham, admitted harassment without violence towards a woman between March 17 and May 29, 2017. A rehabilitation order was made. He was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs.

ANNETTIEA JOHNSTONE, 40, of Victoria Walk, Wokingham, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis at Loddon Valley Police Station on September 9, 2017. She was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and £85 costs.

LORNA KATHERYN JONES, 41, of Sylvanus, Bracknell, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress at Sylvanus on August 2, 2017. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20  and £50 costs.

CRAIG LEE ROONEY, 26, of Pound Place, Binfield, admitted breaching a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Slough Magistrates’ Court on April 18, 2017 by attending an unpaid work requirement on October 22, 2017. He was sent to prison for16 weeks suspended for 12 months, fined £200 and £60 costs.

AARON MARK DOYLE, 32, of Holbeck, Bracknell, was proved in his absence of travelling on Great Western Railway without paying the £3.60 fare at Wokingham on February 14, 2017. He was fined £440, pay £3.60 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £160 costs.

PETER GILES, 24, of Fairfax, Bracknell, was proved in his absence of entering a train without a valid ticket at Slough on February 16, 2017. He was fined £220, pay £3.80 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of  £30 and £160 costs.

KARLL HARVEY, 26, of Wayland Close, Bracknell, was proved in his absence of travelling on Great Western Railway without paying the £3.60 fare at Wokingham on February 14, 2017. he was fined £440, pay £3.60 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £160 costs.

PHILLIP GEORGE MANNING, 30, of  Old Wokingham Road, Wokingham, was proved in his absence without paying the £3.60 fare on a Great Western Train at Reading on February 14, 2017. He was fined £440, pay £3.60 compensation, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and £160 costs.
