ALAN MCCANN, 47, of Lower Broadmoor Road, Crowthorne, admitted stealing two bottles of wine worth £7.98 from Lidl on August 21, 2017. A community rehabilitation order was made. He was ordered to pay £7.98 compensation, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and £85 costs. On the same day he admitted assaulting a man by beating and was ordered to pay £50 compensation. He admitted causing criminal damage to a plastic rooftop belonging to Dee’s Pets on July 9, 2017.

LEWIS POLLARD, 24, of Broadmoor Hospital, Crowthorne, admitted assaulting a man by beating him on May 31, 2017. He was ordered to pay £200 compensation, pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 costs.

PIRAN THOMAS ROBERT, 25, of no fixed address, admitted drink-driving a Ford Fiesta on Ringmead,  Bracknell on July 16, 2017. He was told to carry out unpaid work for 20 hours, pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. He is disqualified from driving for 16 months, reduced by four months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. He also admitted driving without due care and attention and using a vehicle without third party insurance.

HANNAH MARIE MARSHALL, 37, of Crossfell, Bracknell, was convicted of wilfully obstructing  a constable in the execution of his duty at Netherton, Bracknell, on November 24, 2016. She was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £775 costs. She was also convicted of driving a Vauxhall Astra on Netherton, Wild Ridings on November 24, 2016. Three points were added to her licence.

ANDREW WILLIAM HOLZMAN, 25, of Purbrook Court, Bracknell, admitted drink-driving a Vauxhall Astra on  Purbrook Close, Bracknell. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and £150 costs. He is disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months if he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

MICHAEL GARY RANDALL, 77, of Nine Mile Ride, Finchampstead, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing  a woman  or another person harassment, alarm or distress at Wokingham on August 17, 2017. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 costs. 

AMY ROSE HARTLEY, 23, of Worlds End Hill, Bracknell, admitted driving a VW Golf with a licence authorising her to drive a motor vehicle of that class on Grangefield Road, Guidford, on December 30, 2016. She was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. She also admitted driving the vehicle without third party insurance and was find £60 with six points added to her licence.

DANIEL THOMAS HOLLAND, 56, of Merryhill Road, Bracknell, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty at Merryhill Road on September 2, 2017. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and costs of £85.
