MINDAUGAS PETKUS, 31, of Wyvern Close, Bracknell, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath while in charge of a motor vehicle on May 15, 2017 in Reading. He was fined £200, pay victim services £30 and costs of £85. Seven points were added to his driving licence.

JAMES MICHAEL PRUDENCE, 19, of Boole Heights, Bracknell, admitted possessing cannabis, a controlled class B drug, on April 24, 2017. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, pay victim services £20 and £85 costs.

TIMOTHY SCOTT GOODCHILD, 29, of Liddel Way, Ascot, committed assault by beating a woman in Windsor on January 22, 2017. A community order was made requiring him to work unpaid for 200 hours, pay £75 compensation and pay victim services £85.

On the same day he admitted being in possession of cocaine, a class A drug, in Maidenhead. He was fined £165 and the cocaine was destroyed.

Again on the same day he admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. He was fined a further £165.

PAUL ANTHONY RIGNALL, 46, of Jackson Close, Easthampstead, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis while driving a vehicle on March 23, 2017 in Bracknell. A community order was made requiring him to participate in any activity as required by a responsible officer up to a maximum of 25 days. He must also work 200 hours unpaid, pay victim services £85 and £85 costs.

He also admitted using a Renault Trafic without a valid test certificate and no third party insurance on Haversham Drive and Reeds Hill on March 23, 2017.

JACK BARRY HOPE, 30, of Rosebay Wokingham, admitted stealing various sundries worth £37.05 from Tesco Extra on Napier Road, Reading on April 4, 2017. He was sent to prison for 18 weeks concurrent because of numerous offences committed whilst subject to a community order.

He admitted stealing confectionary worth £15 from Sainsburys Local on Ashbridge Road, Wokingham, on March 1, 2017.

He admitted failing to surrender to custody at Berkshire Magistrates Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on April 4, 2017, at Thames Valley Police. He was sent to prison for 10 weeks concurrent.

On November 23, 2016 he stole a North Face jacket worth £160, from JD Sports in Reading.

On November 14, 2016, he stole stole meat products and Aerial washing powder from Sainsburys Local on Ashbridge Road, Wokingham.

On August 23, 2014, he stole alcohol worth £18 from Sainsburys in Winnersh.

On February 2, 2015, he stole alcohol worth £19 from Tesco in Wokingham.

On February 20, 2015, in Wokingham he assaulted a man by beating him.

On September, 16, 2016, he stole a selection of make up worth £314 from Boots in The Oracle, Reading.

On March 2, 2017, he stole three bottles of after shave worth £165 from Debenhams in The Oracle, Reading.

On April 9, 2017, he admitted stealing a Hugo Boss Jacket worth £380 from the House of Fraser in The Oracle, Reading.

On April 28, 2017, he admitted stealing an Oral B Pro 3000 toothbrush worth £89.99 from Superdrug, in Broad Street, Reading.

On March 30, 2017, he admitted stealing Sennheiser headphones worth £169.95 from John Lewis on Broad Street, Reading.

On April, 1, 2017, he admitted stealing a Diesel Jacket worth £165 form John Lewis on Broad Street, Reading.

On April 24, 2017, he admitted stealing two bottles of Grey Goose whisky worth £77 from Marks & Spencer on Friar Street, Reading.

On April 27, 2017, he admitted stealing three bottles of Martell brandy worth £75 from Marks & Spencer on Friar Street, Reading.
