PUPILS took on a host of challenges to raise nearly £2,000 for a cancer charity.
Bracknell & Wokingham College's annual Raising and Giving (RAG) week saw stuff join in the fun with challenges including sports relays, massages, balloon roulette and head shaves for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Deborah Wallace, Student Services Team Leader at the college, said: “It was a great week and one that was enjoyed by both staff and students with something for everyone.
"It also gave the students the opportunity to see the staff getting involved with events encouraging the students to do the same."
Amongst the crowning achievements were two pupils who shaved their heads with Thomas Cardale raising over £700.
Other highlights included a dog show with eight teachers bringing in their pets to be judged across eight categories.
Balloon roulette saw brave volunteers answering questions with the threat of being showered by messy forfeit balloons if they were wrong.
Other activities included a lucky dip, cookie stall, fudge kitchen, tombola, splat the rat and even more during a fete. Prizes for some of the events were donated by Boots and Pets at Home.
