PETRU MATEI, 28, of New Acres, Nine Mile Ride, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Astra in Crowthorne on February 19, 2017. He was fined £200, pay victim services £30 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. He also admitted using the same vehicle on a road/ public place without third party insurance on February 19, 2017.


DANIEL JAMES WALLINGTON, 31, of School Lane Burghfield Common, admitted driving a BMW motor vehicle on Grazeley Road on November 20, 2016. He was fined £350, pay victim services £35 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.


JODIE KIM KINGSTON, 31, of Suffolk Road, Maidenhead, admitted stealing four bottles of Prosecco from Co-op/ Texaco petrol station, Wokingham, on February 19, 2017. She was sentenced to two week's prison suspended for 12 months. Reason: offence so serious with a long record of previous convictions. She was ordered to pay victim services £115.


MARK ARTHUR STEWART, 56, of Peach Street, Wokingham, admitted stealing a £20 bottle of whisky from Waitrose, Rectory Road, Wokingham on February 6, 2017. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, pay compensation of £20, pay victim services £20 and costs of £40.
