A 60-year-old left fighting for her life after a three-car crash in Warfield, has died.
The woman, named locally as Jan Leahy, owner of the Koh-I-Noor Indian restaurant in Priestwood Square, Bracknell, suffered life-threatening injuries after the collision in Maidenhead Road in Jealott's Hill on Thursday, July 7.
She was then taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital with multiple serious injuries.
A spokeswoman for Thames Valley Police confirmed the woman has died.
- Kenneth Martin, of High Street, Bracknell, is due to appear at Reading Crown Court on August 8 charged with one count of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and one count of driving while above the alcohol limit.
