A FAMOUS sandwich chain has announced its plans to open a second store in Bracknell less than a mile away from its first branch which opened earlier this year.
Just months after announcing they would open their very first store in Bracknell, sandwich giant Subway has confirmed plans to open a second.
The new eatery will open at the Whitton Road branch of Tesco in Martins Heron at the end of September.
A Subway spokesperson said: “We are delighted to be opening a new SUBWAY® store in Tesco, Whitton Rd, Bracknell and we expect to have the store open by the end of September.”
The town's first Subway opened in the BP Petrol Station in London Road earlier this year to much excitment on social media.
Before then hungry-residents had to travel all the way to Wokingham for their sandwich fix.
