Jack Perry, 15, was last seen at about 11.30am on Monday at Bracknell train station and is believed to have boarded a train bound for London.
He had not been seen or heard by friends and family since.
However police announced earlier this evening (Sunday), that he had been found safe and well.
They would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in locating him.
