A NEW name has been given to an area of Wokingham set to be given a new lease of life.
Eustace Crescent has been renamed Phoenix Avenue ahead of two blocks of flats being demolished later this month.
A multi-million pound redevelopment of modern flats and homes is set to replace the 1960s blocks of flats with construction work potentially starting by the end of the year.
