In a statement, Thames Valley Police said: “An inspector was subject to a misconduct hearing which concluded on 14 May 2014 and resulted in dismissal in relation to two breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour.
“The first breach relates to the inspector having harassed or bullied a colleague between March 2012 and April 2013. The second breach relates to a complaint that the inspector instructed an officer to install a camera in an office at Bracknell Police Station. The two breaches are not linked.
“The complaints were upheld and the officer was dismissed from the Force with immediate effect. The former officer has the right of appeal.”
