The youngster reported the incident - which she claimed took place in Swinley Forest at about 3pm on Saturday afternoon.
However, Thames Valley Police confirmed: "Following the investigation into the allegation of rape, made by a girl under the age of 16, no offence has found to have taken place.
"The investigation has now been discontinued.
"Thames Valley Police would like to thank the media and public for their assistance during the investigation."
