A 39-YEAR-OLD man has been released on bail after two pub landlords were attacked.

Police arrested the alleged attacker on suspicion of causing GBH following an incident at The Village Inn, in Yorktown Road, Sandhurst.

They were called to the pub at about 12.20am on Saturday, after two men allegedly assaulted the 51-year-old landlady and the 55-year-old landlord.

The woman was left with a suspected fractured arm while the landlord suffered a suspected fractured eye socket and concussion.

Thames Valley Police said the 39-year-old man - described as local - has been released on bail until Friday and a second offender is still being hunted.
