RUNNERS turned up the heat as they went head-to-head to win the coveted title of best flipper.
Eager teams took to Broadway, in Bracknell town centre, today (Tuesday) brandishing their pans with gusto as they stood at the starting line.
The Bracknell News quartet - Richard Ashton, Lisa Jones, Esther Knox and Joe Sowten - made it through to the semi-finals, only to be defeated by overall champs Waitrose.
