POLICE are hunting two thugs armed with a shotgun, who robbed a delivery man of cash and an Indian takeaway.

At about 8.35pm on Sunday (November 11) a 40-year-old man was making a delivery from an Indian restaurant to a house in Nutley, Hanworth, when he was approached by two men.

One of the offenders pointed a shotgun at the victim and demanded the food and money which he gave them. They then punched the male and pushed him to the ground and kicked him.

Both offenders wore balaclavas and dark clothing. One is 6ft, medium build and the other shorter in height.

The victim did not require hospital treatment.

Detective Constable Donna Pearce, of the priority crime team at Bracknell police station said: "The aggrieved was conducting a routine delivery when he was subjected to what can only be described as a very frightening and traumatic experience.

"I would urge anybody with any information to contact police."
