Health bosses have confirmed proposals to redevelop Heatherwood, move minor injuries to Bracknell and permanently close the Ascot Birth Centre.
The Shaping The Future programme, led by NHS Berkshire PCT, will released its vision document on Monday and is calling on members of the public to share their views.
Plans include knocking down the current buildings and developing a smaller modernised hospital for planned surgery. Part of the land could then be sold.
Feedback will help shape proposals that will be part of a public consultation in the autumn.
A roadshow will be held in Princess Square in Bracknell on Friday from 10am-2pm.
