THREE men tried to use a 4x4 to pull a cashpoint from a wall - but were not able to do it and left empty-handed.
The cashpoint in a small kiosk against the wall of Waitrose in Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, was targeted at about 1.15am.
Two men wearing tracksuit tops with the hoods up got out of the vehicle, which was driven by a man in his 30s, of large build, with a chubby face and shaved head.
The 4x4 was black, box-shaped and may have been seven-10-years-old.
