FIREFIGHTERS have confirmed that there have been no flare-ups in Swinley Forest today despite the hot weather.
The rain overnight helped firefighters make progress this morning and reduce the number of crews at the scene.
But firefighters have warned the public to be "patient" and to continue to stay away from the sealed-off areas until the Fire and Rescue service confirm it is safe to return.
