Yexley, John Patrick Sadly passed away peacefully at Frimley Park Hospital on 24th October 2017, aged 73. Lovingly reunited with his wife, Hazel. Father of Mark and Andrew, Grandfather to Luke, Callum, Michelle, Richard and Lee. Great Grandfather to Kane, Leona and Emily The Funeral Service will take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Tuesday 14th November 2017 at 12:00 Noon. Family flowers only please.
