CLEMENTS - Gwen Sadly passed away on 25th June 2017, at home, aged 88. She will be very sadly missed by her loving family. The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday 12th July 2017 at Easthampstead Park Crematorium at 3:00 pm. Family flowers only please.
